Due to the nature of our services and the sale of live animals, our refund and return policy is as follows:

✅ Health Guarantee & Return Policy

All puppies are sold with a written health guarantee covering genetic defects and major health issues diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within a specified period (outlined in our Puppy Purchase Agreement). If a health issue covered by this guarantee arises:

• We may offer a replacement puppy of equal value, based on availability.

• Refunds will be considered only if a replacement is not possible or at the sole discretion of Evans Rottweilers.

• Buyers must provide written documentation from a licensed veterinarian.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Lifestyle change

• Allergies

• Landlord restrictions or breed bans

• Incompatibility with existing pets

🔁 Rehoming Assistance

We understand that unforeseen life circumstances can arise. If you are unable to keep your Rottweiler at any point:

• Please contact us first.

• We will assist in rehoming or may take the dog back, depending on availability and space.

• No refunds will be issued in such cases, but our priority is always the well-being of the dog.

📦 Training & Grooming Services

If you have purchased additional services such as training or grooming, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Missed appointments without notice may be non-refundable.

• If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
